   The largest independent music distributor will carry Digimusicards, according to Vital Digital,LLC EO/Chairman Gerardo Alton-Ortega. "We are giving artists another venue for music distribution, so that Artists, musicians and recording labels can still sell full length albums with a lower cost of manufacturing & shipping. The integrated advantages of our system, along with CD Baby as a distributor, will allow Artists the ability to reach everyone and expand their opportunity for making music". Digimusicard.com has started selling to independent Artists this April after months of beta testing. Some recording labels will start offering Digimusicards to their Artists this summer. Vital Digital is the parent company and worldwide patent holder of Digimusicard and other (Video, books, tv,movies, etc.) retail-to-digital download systems. Vital Digital,LLC plans to go public at the end of 2007.

2. DIGIMUSICARD COMPATIBLE WITH NEW IPHONE.

   It was announced today that the Digimusicard music downloads are fully compatable with the newly released iPhone by Apple. This makes Digimusicard music compatible with all mobile phones capable of playing Mp3′s. That capability gives it the possibility to be played in more than 70 million cellular phones around the world.

3. DIGIMUSICARD IS NOW COMPATABLE WITH IPODS.

   The new music distribution system is now 100% compatible with all mp3 players. Great news during the 2007 CES (Consumer Electronics Show) displaying the capability of uploading music from Digimusicards into Apple iPods, making them fully compatible with the popular players. Gerardo Alton-Ortega (CEO) said "People that buy music albums via Digimusicard (Retail) will be able to enjoy their music in anycomputer and/or any portable mp3 player including Apple′s iPod". This successful test has expanded the "distribution reach" to iPod′s "60% of the worldwide portable players" market. All of the music downloads by Digimusicards are now compatible with 100% of the players sold worldwide (an estimated 165 million).
